1. General information
1.1. GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE is the sole owner of the Terms and Condtions. Full name of the company: GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE D.URBAŃSKI LP, based in Kuśnie 41D, 98-200 Sieradz, registered in District Court Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Departament of National Court Registry, KRS 0000601487, NIP: 8272307627, REGON 360982808.
1.2. Customer: the person, firm or company purchasing goods from GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE.
1.3. The Customer may be an entity operating in Poland, but also an entity having its registered office / place of business / place of residence, in another EU country or in a third country not belonging to the EU, regardless of the laws of that country, Polish law will be the only applicable and applicable to all obligations between the Parties and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts according to the address of the registered office of GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE indicated in the Terms and Conditions.
1.4. Goods or product: within the meaning of the Terms and Conditions are all products – goods that the customer can purchase from GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE, by placing an order via e-mail sent to the address of firstname.lastname@example.org, as well as by placing an order by phone and making a purchase in person at the headquarters of GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE.
1.5. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is voluntary, but necessary in order to place an order.
1.6. Customer, placing an order in any available form, agrees to the Terms and Conditions.
1.7. Customer gives consent to collecting, saving and archiving e-mail correspondence, messages and voice calls. The purpose of saving any data is to increase the quality of customer service, as well as care for the security of transactions.
1.8. By accepting the Terms and Conditions customer gives consent to processing of personal data based on the Regulation (EU) 206/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons and with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance). Information on this subject can be found on the www.globalhygiene.pl website. The customer may at any time withdraw consent or the scope of personal data processed by GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE, in order to process the order.
1.9. Customer can contact GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE via e-mail, telephone and directly at the company’s headquarters.
1.10. All contact details of GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE employees are available on the website of the https://globalhygiene.pl/ in the Contact tab.
2. Complaints policy
2.1. The complaint policy applies to products or goods, proving only defects arising from reasons inherent in the purchased goods, provided that the customer complies with the correct rules of using the goods. for example.
not meeting the quality requirements of the customer
damaged products *
• differences in specification from the one given in the offer.
Any differences in the appearance of products (e.g. colors, texture) do not constitute grounds for complaint.
2.2. * Damage resulting from natural wear or misuse and damage caused by mechanical damage will not be the subject to the complaint.
2.3. The assortment purchased from GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE is subject to the complaint process with the observance of the expiry date of individual products.
2.4. GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE undertakes to consider the complaint within 30 working days from the date of its notification and to inform the customer about the result of the complaint procedure.
2.5. The deadline and form of procedure of the complaint may be extended, depending on the circumstances and the method of communication with the customer.
2.6. The date of filing a complaint in the basic mode is understood as the day, on which the customer has provided the GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE with a set of documents necessary for its consideration, i.e.:
• correctly completed and signed complaint form,
• photos of the subject of complaint along with the batch number.
2.7. In order to consider the complaint procedure as started, the customer must receive confirmation from the Complaint Department about the correctness of the necessary documents submitted.
2.8. In the case of the extended mode, the day of filing a complaint is the day of physical receipt of the subject of complaint, by GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE and receipt of confirmation from the Complaint Department about: the correctness of submitted and necessary documents and receipt of the subject of complaint.
2.9. To file a complaint, please download the complaint form from the website https://globalhygiene.pl/do-pobrania/, fill it in and then attach a set of documents to the address email@example.com.
2.10. In justified cases, GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE may ask for sending the subject of complaint.
2.11. GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE does not accept complaints where sending the complaint form was omitted.
2.12. If the Customer is not able to download and print the document, please provide a handwritten complaint form, including below information:
• company’s name and address,
• name of the returned product and its quantity / batch number of the product,
• name and surname of the person responsible for the return notification together with the mobile phone number,
• purchase document number,
• the reason for the return.
2.13. The only address where documents should be sent by mail is: GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE D. Urbański LP, Kuśnie 41D; 98-200 Sieradz.
2.14. There are two complaint procedures in GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE:
In this mode, you should send a complete set of documents listed in point 2.6 and photos of subject of complaint in the system: 1 product = min. 1 photo.
The extended mode applies when the data sent in the basic mode is insufficient to consider the complaint. In such a situation, the Customer will be informed about the need to return the subject of complaint to the Global Food Hygiene address or to the place given by the Company. The goods should be returned in the original packaging and properly secured against damage during transport.
Goods damaged during shipment will not be repaired or replaced under the warranty. At the same time, we would like to mention that the right to file a complaint only applies during the warranty period of the product. Failure to meet the above conditions will result in the rejection of the complaint.
2.15. If the complaint is not accepted, any costs of sending the subject of complaint to Global Food Hygiene remain on the Customer part.
3. Return of the goods
3.1. Purchased goods, that meet the following conditions jointly, are subject to return, if they:
• are in original and intact packaging,
• are undamaged and show no signs of use,
• contain all components and accessories.
3.2. In order to return the goods, the customer is obliged to contact the person with whom he placed the order. Then, download the return form from the website https://globalhygiene.pl/do-pobrania/, fill it in and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with the note complaint / return of goods (depending on what it concerns).
3.3. The customer has the right to return the ordered goods within 30 calendar days from the date of issuing the invoice.
3.4. GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE has a 30 day return verification period.
3.5. If the requirements described in the Terms and Conditions are met and the decision-making person accepts the return, a correction invoice will be issued.
3.6. Accepted and verified return of the goods, is tantamount to a refund in the amount of the paid price shown on the original sales document. The date and form of payment depend on individual arrangements with the customer.
3.7. The condition for the refund is that the Customer provides the bank account number to which the refund is to be made.
4. Invoices sent in electronic form
4.1. The legal basis for issuing and sending invoices in electronic form is the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (“Value- Added Tax – VAT Act”).
4.2. It is possible for GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE to issue and send invoices to the Customer in electronic form under the conditions specified below.
4.3. GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE reserves the right to send invoices by e-mail only.
4.4. The customer has the right not to consent to e-invoices.
4.5. In a situation where the Customer does not agree to receive invoices electronically, he is obliged to provide GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE with a declaration.
4.6. The declaration may be submitted in writing or electronically to the address: email@example.com.
4.7. Issuing and sending invoices in electronic form takes place in compliance with the requirements of applicable law.
4.8. Sending e-invoices takes place in electronic form and the attached file should be sent in PDF format.
4.9. The customer is required to provide an e-mail address to which invoices will be sent in electronic form.
4.10. GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE e-invoices will be sent from the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org to the Recipient’s address provided by the Customer.
4.11. Invoices sent in electronic form are stored by GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE in a way, that ensures the authenticity of origin, integrity of the content and legibility of these invoices, from the moment they are issued until the expiry of the tax liability limitation period.
4.12. The customer is responsible on his part for downloading, storing documents and providing the tax authority or tax inspection authority with invoices sent in electronic form.
4.13. The implied consent of the customer to issue and send invoices in electronic form does not exclude the right of GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE to issue and send invoices in paper form in the cases specified by law.
4.14. Sending invoices in electronic form consists in sending an e-mail message to the customer along with an invoice in PDF format as an attachment to the e-mail.
4.15. The date of delivery e-invoice to the customer is the date of receipt of the e-mail on the recipient’s server for the e-mail address provided by the customer.
4.16. Changing the e-mail address and resignation from e-invoices takes place:
• in the event of a change of the e-mail address, the Recipient of invoices undertakes to notify GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE with the new address in writing within 5 calendar days,
• the lack of such notification does not give rise to grounds for waiving interest on late payment due to the lack of an invoice,
• if the customer does not inform GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE about the change of the e-mail address, the invoices sent electronically to the e-mail address currently in use are deemed to have been successfully delivered, after sending the e-mail message, with the attached link or invoices,
• the approval for sending invoices in electronic form will be withdrawn within a maximum of 14 days from the date of notification.
5.1 Personal data provided by the customer are processed only for the purpose of the orders and for marketing, commercial purposes and in accordance with the applicable Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation -GDPR).
5.2 GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE undertakes to observe the secrecy related to the customer’s personal data, including personal data of users, not to disclose this data to unauthorized persons and to protect them in accordance with applicable law regulations against their improper use, disclosure or access by unauthorized persons.
5.3 GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE will store the customer’s personal data until the expiry of the limitation period for claims resulting from the concluded contract or for the period required by separate provisions on tax and accounting obligations, depending on which period will end later.
5.4 The customer has the right to request access to his personal data, change it, delete it or limit its processing.
5.5 If the processing of personal data by GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE takes place on the basis of the consent given by the customer, referred to in art. 6 sec. 1 let. a GDPR, the Customer has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
5.6 The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the UODU, that his data is authorized with inconsistent legal practices.
6. Advertising materials
6.1. The condition for using the advertising materials of GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE is to comply with the following rules of use.
6.2. The condition for the temporary transfer of copyrights to the indicated photos is the purchase of products within the next 3 months in the amount of at least 1 carton.
6.3. The customer is obliged to use the temporarily transferred copyrights only to promote Global Food Hygiene products.
6.4. The use of copyrights to promote a product other than the Global Food Hygiene product, entails the immediate withdrawal of all rights and the possibility of initiation of a claim.
6.5. The transfer of copyrights takes place in the following fields of use: publications on the website / online store or other sales websites, where the customer offers products, as well as in printed or electronic advertising materials.
6.6. Temporary transfer of copyrights will take place by sending them in electronic form to the provided e-mail address. Materials will be sent within 3 working days in PNG or JPG format.
6.7. After ending the period specified in point 6.2. and failure to make a minimum purchase for the indicated products, all rights are revoked.
6.8. If the company meets the conditions set out in points 6.2 – 6.4 – the period allowing the use of advertising materials is automatically extended by another 3 months, according to the current commercial terms.
6.9. In the event of failure to meet the conditions described in the Terms and Conditions, in particular points 6.3 and 6.4, there is a risk of criminal liability.
6.10. It is unacceptable to use materials contrary to the regulations of the Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these rules is a violation of the law.
6.11. The consent to the processing of GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE materials may be withdrawn at any time without giving any reason.
7. Acquisitions from other EU Member States
7.1. GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE adds the tax amount on goods and services (VAT) to the price, at the rate applicable in the territory of Poland.
7.2. A customer making an intra-Community acquisition of goods has the right to purchase goods offered by GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE with a 0% VAT rate, provided that they meet all of the following conditions:
• has an appropriate and valid identification number for EU transactions (VIES), issued by the Member State of the buyer, containing the two-letter code used for value added tax, which has to be provided to GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE,
• provide GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE before the deadline for GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE to submit a tax declaration for a given tax period and evidence that the goods being the subject of an intra-Community acquisition of goods were exported from the territory of the country and delivered to the buyer in the territory of a Member State other than the territory of Poland
7.3. The customer agrees that the evidence that the goods being the subject of an intra-Community acquisition of goods have been exported from the territory of the country and delivered to the buyer in the territory of a Member State other than the territory of Poland, are:
• Transport documents received from the carrier (freight forwarder) responsible for the export of goods from the territory of the country, which clearly shows that the goods have been delivered to their destination in the territory of a Member State, other than the territory of Poland – if the transport of goods is commissioned to the carrier (forwarder)
7.4. The Customer agrees that in the event of the export of goods being the subject of an intra-Community acquisition of goods (ICS), regardless of the means of transport chosen by the customer, the customer, in addition to the documents indicated above, will provide GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE with a delivery confirmation document in a form acceptable to GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE (i.e. delivering the original document in person or by post to the GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE headquarters, returning a signed document in electronic form with the company’s stamp and date).
7.5. If the customer fails to meet any of the conditions, i.e. failure to return, return incomplete or unsigned evidence that the goods being the subject of an intra-Community acquisition of goods have been exported from the territory of the country and delivered to the buyer in the territory of a Member State, other than the territory of Poland, within 30 days from the date of order fulfillment authorizes the company GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE to add to the net price of the purchased goods the basic rate of tax on goods and services (VAT) applicable in the territory of Poland for the purchased goods.
8.1 The available forms of payment include payment in cash upon receipt of the goods or by bank transfer to the BNP PARIBAS accounts indicated below:

8.2 GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE applies compensation in the event of returns or complaints or in the event of mutual obligations with the Client.
8.3 In the event of mutual obligations, compensation will be issued in accordance with applicable law.
8.4 If the form of payment is cash, the goods shall be picked up immediately or on the date specified by the customer, provided that the goods are available in the GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE warehouse. (Available payment methods in GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE are bank transfer and prepayment).
8.5 If the form of payment is prepayment, shipment or collection of goods takes place, after the full amount is credited to the GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE account, in accordance with the GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE delivery schedule. The payment amount consists of the price of goods and transport costs, for which the customer receives a VAT invoice.
8.6 In a situation, where the customer does not pay within 7 days from the date of submitting the pro forma document in paper or electronic form or the date indicated in the document, will result in the cancellation of the order reservation.
8.7 Payment, by the date specified in the document, is tantamount to the acceptance of the prices specified in this document.
8.8 In the event of a return of the goods or a change in price, a correction invoice will be issued.
8.9 The rules for issuing and settling advances and drawing up accounting documents result from the relevant law regulations.
8.10 The customer may apply for a value limit under which he will be able to make purchases with a deferred payment date.
9. Placing orders

9.3 In the event of a temporary lack of any goods, GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE informs the customer about it and agrees on further individual details regarding the order.
9.4 By placing an order, the customer gives his consent to the Terms and Conditions.
9.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, if it is placed using: software, a robot or any automated system, script behavior or any third party services used to place an order on customer’s behalf.
10.1 The ordered goods are delivered to the customer via shipping companies:
• PEKAES sp. Z o.o
• General Logistics Systems
• Raben Group
• Global Food Hygiene internal logistics
The above-mentioned forms of delivery are valid unless the customer chooses to collect the ordered goods personally.
10.2 It is possible to deliver the goods to another shipping company commissioned by the customer. Then the costs related to logistics are covered by the customer.
10.3 The above-mentioned shipping companies operate on the basis of their own regulations.
In order to get acquainted with the regulations of forwarders, please contact these companies directly.
10.4 In the case of large deliveries, it is possible to arrange a dedicated shipment with the GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE transport with the customer.
10.5 GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE reserves the right to deliver goods on agreed days, for the designated sector, according to the following plan:
Route No. 1 – voiv. pomorskie, zachodniopomorskie, lubuskie, kujawsko-pomorskie,
Route No. 2 – voiv. warmińsko-mazurskie, mazowieckie, podlaskie,
Route No. 3 – voiv. lubelskie, świętokrzyskie, śląskie, małopolskie, podkarpackie,
Route No. 4 – voiv. wielkopolskie, łódzkie, opolskie, dolnośląskie.
Day of delivery:
Route No. 1 – monday/tuesday
Route No. 2 – thursday/friday
Route No. 3 – thursday/friday
Route No. 4 – monday/tuesday
Time to place and process the order:
Route No. 1,4 – Friday till 14:00 /2PM
Route No. 2,3 – Wednesday till 14:00/ 2PM
Orders placed after the allotted time will be shipped in accordance with the above schedule.
We reserve the right to change the schedule.
10.6 The working day is considered to be the time from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays – statutory holidays.
10.7 In the case of personal collection of goods purchased by GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE Customers, the goods are released from the GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE warehouse between 08:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
10.8 We allow the possibility of collecting the goods at other hours after arranging the details with the CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE +48 797 153 044.
10.9 The address, provided by the customer at the time of placing the order, is the address to which the ordered goods are shipped.
11. Receipt of goods
11.1 Upon receipt of the goods from the representative of the shipping company, check the correctness of the contents of the consignment in terms of the range and quantity of goods.
If the shipment is found to be inconsistent with the order or invoice, the customer is obliged to draw up a discrepancy report together with a representative of the shipping company.
The customer should inform GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE of any irregularities in the order within 3 days of the situation and send a discrepancy report to GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE within 7 days. The above dates are counted from the date of receipt of the parcel.
11.2 GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE will not be hold accountable for missing goods, stated without the participation of a representative of the shipping company or found in violation of the complaint procedure.
12. Entrusting the processing of personal data
12.1. By placing an order and accepting the Terms and Conditions, the customer entrusts GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE with the processing of data made available to GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE in order to place and execute the order and conduct commercial correspondence in the field of their storage, preservation, processing, sharing and deletion.
12.2. GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE undertakes to process the personal data provided by customers, in accordance with the law and security rules, so that the processing protects the rights of data subjects. GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE undertakes to take all measures required under Art. 32 GDPR, i.e. taking into account the state of technical knowledge, the cost of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing, as well as the risk of violating the rights or freedoms of natural persons with a different probability of occurrence and severity of the threat.
12.3. GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE ensures all customers, that the personal data entrusted to the Company will be made available only to persons authorized to process personal data, who will be obliged to maintain secrecy in this regard.
12.4. The customer declares that he is entitled to entrust the processing of personal data to GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE and that the above entrustment does not violate the law or the rights of third parties.
12.5. Each customer has the right to access their personal data and to make changes.
13. Final information
13.1. Terms and Conditions apply from 1.09.2021
13.2. GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE reserves the right to withdraw individual goods from sale.
13.3. The principles of cooperation specified in the Terms and Conditions apply to both customers from the territory of Poland and from outside its territory.
13.4. GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE reserves the right to an individual pricing policy, regardless of the price list.
13.5. Images of products posted on the GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE website may slightly differ in color and appearance from the original.
13.6. The images of the products are the property of GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE.
13.7. It is forbidden to process advertising materials belonging to GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE. (The use of advertising materials belonging to GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE may only take place in accordance with point 6 of the Terms and Conditions.)
13.8. The contents of the Terms and Conditions is available to customers free of charge at the following URL www.globalfoodhygiene.com/terms-and-coditionals. Terms and conditional, from where customers can read it at any time, as well as print it out.
13.9. In matters not covered by the Terms and Conditions, the regulations of the Civil Code and other relevant Polish law regulations shall apply.
13.10. The competent court, for resolving disputes with customers, is the local court according to the applicable regulations of the Code of Civil Procedure.
13.11. GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE has the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.
Each customer is obliged to read the contents of the Terms and Conditions and is bound by its regulations, especially before placing each order.
