  • fulfilment of the Administrator’s obligations under applicable law, including, for example, tax law (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA);
  • the fulfilment of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including the assertion of possible claims, as well as the fulfilment of marketing purposes (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

The recipients of your personal data may be entities cooperating with the Administrator as other administrators or entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator, including its subcontractors, entities from the Global Food Hygiene D. Urbański Spółka Komandytowa (www) entities providing and maintaining ICT infrastructure, entities providing the following services: document archiving, document shredding, marketing services, translations, security services, postal services, courier services, legal, tax, audit, banking, insurance, transport services.
  2. Your personal data will be stored for the period of performance of the contract and, after its completion, will be stored for the period resulting from specific legal provisions (e.g. civil code, tax law). Data processed in connection with the assertion of claims will be processed until the statute of limitations has expired.
  3. You have the right to request access to your personal data, to request rectification, to request erasure, to request restriction of processing and to request data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you.

Implementing the information obligation resulting from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”, we hereby inform:

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its termination will be kept for a period resulting from specific legal provisions (including the Civil Code, tax law). The data processed in connection with the pursuit of claims will be processed until the claims are time-barred.
