1.Information Clause for Customers of GLOBAL FOOD HYGIENE D.URBAŃSKI SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA

Implementing the information obligation resulting from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”, we hereby inform:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Global Food Hygiene D. Urbański Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office in Kuśnie, at Kuśnie, 98-200 Sieradz, e-mail address: RODO@globalhygiene.pl (“Administrator”).
  2. Your personal data is processed in connection with::
  • performance of the contract concluded between you and the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
  • the Administrator’s implementation of obligations under applicable law, including, for example, tax law (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR);
  • implementation of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including pursuing possible claims, as well as the implementation of marketing purposes (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

The recipient of your personal data may be entities cooperating with the Administrator as other administrators or entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator, including its subcontractors, entities from the Global Food Hygiene group D. Urbański Spółka Komandytowa (www) entities providing and maintaining ICT infrastructure , entities providing the service: document archiving, document destruction, marketing services, translations, security services, postal services, courier services, legal, tax, audit, banking, insurance and transport services.
  2. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its termination will be kept for a period resulting from specific legal provisions (including the Civil Code, tax law). The data processed in connection with the pursuit of claims will be processed until the claims are time-barred.
  3. You have the right to request access to your personal data, request their rectification, request their removal, request to limit their processing and transfer the data.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body competent for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the contract with the Administrator.

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Global Food Hygiene D. Urbański Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office in Kusno, at Kuśnie 41D, 98-200 Sieradz, e-mail address: RODO@globalhygiene.pl (“Administrator”).
  1. Your personal data is processed in connection with:
    • providing your Newsletter in connection with your consent to receive it (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);
    • implementation of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including establishing, defending and pursuing claims as well as creating compilations, analyzes and statistics for the internal needs of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
  2. The recipient of your personal data may be entities cooperating with the Administrator, including subcontractors performing services for him, entities providing and maintaining ICT infrastructure, entities providing services: archiving, marketing, translation, entities from the Global Food Hygiene group D. Urbański Spółka Komandytowa (www), entities providing legal, tax, audit and insurance services.
    Your personal data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn or you object to the processing of your data.
  3. You have the right to request access to your personal data, request their rectification, request their removal, request to limit their processing and transfer the data.
  4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body competent for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  5. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Urbański Spółka Komandytowa (www) and entities cooperating with the Administrator, including: providing archiving services, document destruction, and postal services, courier, transport and auditing agencies, direct marketing agencies.

  3. You have the right to request access to your personal data, request their rectification, request their removal, request to limit their processing and transfer your data.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
